DO YOU ACCEPT PRODUCT RETURNS?
Yes, we do accept returns. We try to inspect and insure every order before shipping it out.
If you are not satisfied by a product you may return the product for a replacement or a refund within 15 days of the receipt of your order minus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds and replacements are only on "as new items". Items must be in new condition still in original packaging with all materials. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will email a printable return shipping label & cover the costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you do not use the return shipping label we provide, the return shipping is not reimbursed.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
To return your product for a refund, replacement or exchange, just contact us by e-mail or phone, chocosunskates@gmail.com and or 1-512-428-6091 for a Return Authorization Number. All returns must have this number assigned.
After receiving your Return Authorization Number, carefully pack and send the package to the return location you have been directed to. You will need to pay the return shipping costs.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from our receipt of your return to process your return items.
